Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. We only accept refunds/exchanges under two conditions:

i. Products lost in transit of delivery process to users.
ii. We made the wrong product or the product is defective.

Exchanges and refunds are easier now as you may submit your return/exchange request with the reason(s) to mytaqd@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +60199599728. We will respond to your request within 24 working hours.

2. Please note some information about return and exchange:

  • Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual Product that you receive because of the lighting of product shooting. This is not a reason for exchanges.
  • A refund will be processed directly if the item(s) have run out of stock for exchanges.
  • Exchanges will only be done for the item(s) in its original condition (original packaging and unaltered). Exchanges for articles that do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • For personalized items, there may be mechanical uncertainty. In such cases, the variance of differences in measurement within 1-2mm will not be considered as a defect.
  • We will ship out the exchanged item(s) within 48 hours once the item is received. It normally takes 4-6 working days for the parcel to arrive at your doorstep.

3. RETURNS

  • The item is your responsibility until it reached us. For your own protection, we recommend you send the items using a reliable courier agent and pack the item properly. Please send the consignment note to us in case we shall need them for reference.
  • For defective/in-corrected items that we approved, TAQD will bear the shipping fees paid by the customer.
  • For all refunds will take 14 – 20 business days to process, all refunds will be refunded through the payment method user used to complete transactions. 
  • Return of items can only be done one time per order.
  • All the return requests which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.

4. In the event the Product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Product, and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
